Order tracking
Tracking is automatic — you'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. No account needed. Click the link in that email to follow your package directly on the carrier's site.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email andrew@sailing-store.com with your order number.
Processing time
Most orders ship same business day if placed before 2 PM ET. Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation the moment it goes out the door.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time — stay tuned.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out immediately — replacement or refund, your call.
