We're a small, focused team. When we hire, we move slowly and deliberately — we'd rather wait for the right person than fill a seat fast. There are no active job postings at this time.
What we look for
We don't have rigid job descriptions. The people who fit best here tend to share a few things in common:
- They sail, race, or have a serious connection to the water
- They're builders — they make things, fix things, and think from first principles
- They care about quality and don't cut corners
- They're comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small company
- They care about sustainability — not as a buzzword, but as a real commitment
